TURIYA BERHAD (formerly known as Sitt Tatt Berhad) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 27 February 1980 and was listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (formerly known as the KLSE Main Board) on 19 October 1984. The Company is principally involved in the business of letting properties and property management, investment holding and provision of management consultancy services with its subsidiaries and associates are principally involved in the following activities:

• Production of electroplating equipments;
• Specialty chemical manufacturing for electroplating process;
• Development of Medical School, a 600-bed Teaching Hospital and a Life Sciences Research Center;
• Property and intellectual rights to a health invest portal for providing Electronic Medical Records;
• High end medical and allied health sciences/biotechnology research
